Why is a room temperature (20~35℃) maintenance system necessary?
Our country's food culture requires high technology for processing and recycling food waste due to its high water (broth) and salt content.
The heat drying method or high-temperature fermentation method has problems such as low efficiency and inconvenience due to maintaining a temperature of approximately 50 to 70℃, excessive electricity bills, bad odor, boiler installation for hot water supply, and inability to immediately put in food waste when it is generated .
Our food waste reduction system has been recognized by many users for its excellence , including saving electricity costs (80% compared to high temperatures) by maintaining room temperature (20-35ºC) during microbial fermentation and decomposition, eliminating the need for a hot water boiler, high efficiency with small amounts of microorganisms, elimination of unpleasant odors, and convenience of being able to be used immediately when food waste is generated .
