We'd like to give advance notice of our scheduled maintenance for the second half of 2025 to ensure stable equipment operation. Inspections will proceed region by region from July through September; your assigned technician will contact you a week ahead to arrange a time. Scheduled maintenance includes checking filter and fermentation-tank condition, measuring microbial activity, and verifying firmware. If you'd like to change your inspection schedule, please contact customer service in advance.
